Cheap Monday organized buses for the press, which took us to Studio Kvarnholmen in Nacka. They always seem to find this cool places somewhere far away from the city center and invite us for a great fashion party.

The styling reminded me of the “Kickers”-culture in 1996, when I was eight years old, and bought a pair of fake buffalos and wore Adidas pants in different colors.

My second day of the fashion week started with The Local Firm’s show. I saw a similarity between this collection and the one from last season. The Local Firm is still about these dark and grey pieces and this time inspired by warriors and sports. Some of the male models were wearing sweatpants, which I will never understand how they can be worth to show on the catwalk. But the model Elsa Sylvan succeeded to make the show more powerful and fun to watch.

Filippa K’s show yesterday was the only one that I really liked if I should tell you the truth. There were some pieces that made me look forward to next fall, and this winter is not even over yet. A good collection always makes me want to skip seasons, so I can wear the clothes. After the show I went backstage to take a better look at my new dream coat. It’s exactly what I have been looking for a while; it’s black, simple and feminine.

Carin Wester’s girls were dressed as real business women, with a lot of power, in grey. But it felt like Carin still couldn’t leave the bohemian details and put some yellow, pajamas and some floral prints in the collection.

When I went to Tel Aviv fashion week last November, I realized there is a huge difference between the Swedish and Israeli design. V Ave Shoe Repair just showed the fall collection, which was in a way very typical Swedish. It was a lot of black, minimalistic, a bit weird and the models were walking to the rhythm of some kind of tough and hard music. It’s not cup of tea let’s say. Even if the Israeli Tovale’s clothes for an example weren’t made for me, I loved that the designer was dancing on the catwalk after the show!

But I couldn’t stop watching the models hair, which was painted partially in silver and had a piece of aluminum foil. It made me think of Alexander Wang’s S/S 2011 show.
