MY OSKARSHAMN
I grew up in Oskarshamn on the east coast of Småland. Oskarshamn is a pretty small and boring city with 26 000 inhabitants (in the Oskarshamn Municipality!). But it is very close to the archipelago and there are some beautiful places in the area to visit. If you should go to three places, I would say Blå Jungfrun, Stensjö By and Misterhults skärgård.
Carin Rodebjer told me after her show that she got inspired by men for this collection. We saw shirts, dressed pants and straight coats and jackets but on other hand there were also a floral print, yellow velvet and flounces, which gave collection its softness, a feminine side. The location, contrasts and mix made it to the best show during the fashion week.
STYLE
I guess my style is quite simple. I don’t spend too much time choosing clothes every day, but I always try to wear things that make me happy. I like to be a bit rockier in my style generally, but often alternate it with a cute dress or a playsuit. I love jewelry and have a necklace, four thin rings and a bracelet that I wear every day.
One of the latest interesting purchases I made was probably the dress Circe and the burgundy sweater by Nowhere. I bought them from Nelly.com, which can always be a bit uncertain regarding which size to choose but I got a lot of help from using the serviceVirtusize.
I often shop at TopShop, H&M and Urban Outfitters, but I also like to shop second hand at for example Myrorna, where you often can find more special things. If I could choose any design I want, Isabel Marant, Theyskens’ Theory and Alexander Wang would top the list.

Parisian bistros and brasseries inspired Carin Wester this season. And then that Rodebjer chose to show their fall collection at the restaurant Mathias Dahlgren Matbaren. Are food and restaurants the next big trends?
TOKYO
The best thing about traveling is that you grow as a person and get a perspective on things. And the inspiration you get and new meetings of course. I would be happy to return to Tokyo, which is my favorite city. Otherwise I’m very flexible, I can imagine everything from New York to Barcelona or Patagonia.
Tokyo is my favorite city because the people are fantastic and they are the best dressed in the world. There is everything from crazy youth fashion to the absolute most chic women you’ve seen. Everybody is nice and humble, which creates a calm atmosphere almost everywhere, although it lives close to 30 million people in the city.
