PARIS
I spent my New Year’s Eve in Paris. I love French people. I think they are so passionate and full of life. Paris is definitely a city that inspires me – so much life, passion and romance!

My dad is from France and my sister lives in Paris. I was born in France but have spent the larger part of my life in Sweden. One of my favorite spots in Paris is the Hotel/Bar/Restaurant – Le Costes. It is beautiful and relaxed.

After Paris we’re off to Les Arc, the French Alps. My family spends a lot of time there during winter time (and always has). It’s the one place in the world where I can totally relax and just feel good!

The editor-in-chief of Vogue Italia, Franca Sozzani, is on the cover of the latest issue of INDUSTRIE (my favorite magazine!). I read the magazine today and I have to say that it is worth buying this issue only to read the interview with Franca. It is fantastic, honest and inspiring! Franca opens up, tells us about her husbands, her carrier at Vogue and her friends in the fashion industry.

”They asked me to become editor of Vogue. I was 37. I thought it would be a good challenge, so I said yes, why not? And for the next two years I had the worst time of my life. Ad sales were down, and every month I thought I was going to be fired”.

Tiger of Sweden’s show was a good way to end the fashion week. There are few shows during the fashion week that give you the same energy as Tiger’s does. The tent, which is packed with people, Håkan Hellström on the front row, the music and the way the models are walking on the catwalk make the show successful and fun to watch. My friend Hanna and I couldn’t stop talking about the coats; they were simply great!

Rodebjer will never disappoint me. And the show this morning wasn’t an exception. Carin Rodebjer always keeps the essence of her brand, but make small updates, which feel fresh and new. This time the men’s wardrobe inspired her, but she still gave it a feminine touch.  After the show we sat down to talk more about Rodebjer’s change, progress, development and coming seasons. And what I can say is that there is few designers in Stockholm that impress me like Carin.
